I contacted B&B from Kansas to order my MIL a sympathy boquet when her sister passed. I told the owner my budget, which was modest, and said I wanted lots of purple in it, and that a large, lush look was more important than pricey strains of flowers. In less than 2 hours my MIL called to thank me and said they were beautiful. She sent me a picture, and I was very pleased with the final product! 5 of 5, would recommend to a friend!

Using the website was easy and my flowers were delivered. I am giving only 3 stars because I requested a picture (since I am overseas and could not order/see bouquet in-person), but I did not receive a picture or any messaging. I did receive a picture from the recipient, but the flowers did not match the online picture as much as I'd hoped. Otherwise, easy online service.
